Wrigley with my cousin's husband, Brian. All my kids love both of them and I am so glad they were able to come with us. They were a huge help and I doubt I could have done it without them.

Em with her friend Ben. They happened to come to MOA yesterday too and we met up so they could do a few rides together. Ben and Emerysn both LOVE each other and even talk about marrying each other. It is pretty funny!!!

American Girl

The girls each had quite a bit of money to spend from their Birthdays, but all they chose to do was pierce the dolls ears. You can't see in this picture. They both said they wanted to save the rest of their money. I was in disbelief, but am glad if they chose to be savers!!!! Well, actually now that we got home they have both thought of things they should have got their dolls, so we may place an order online today while there is free shipping.
Emersyn with Kit and Audrey with Mia after they got their ears pierced. The lady just took the dolls in the backroom to do it. I am sure they just poke something like a needle in and they don't want you to see it!!!!



I promised the girls for their Birthdays we would go to MOA to the American Girl Store and to eat at the Bistro. We had to reschedule as when we were supposed to go last Friday, Wrigley and I had the flu. This is at the Bistro...they even brought lemonade out for the dolls.

Rock Climbing

The Childrens Museum also has a rock climbing wall. Audrey LOVES to rock climb and was so excited. This is her when she made it to the top. She was so proud. She complained for a couple of days about her arms being sore!!!

Museum

When my sister was here we went to the Children's Museum in LaCrosse. This was our first time there and I was very impressed and the kids were already asking to go back after we left. Emersyn posing by the Kwik Trip gas pump.


The exhibit they had is Grossology....all about different parts of the body and many areas that made wonderful body noises as well. This is all the kids posing in the mouth.

I'M BACK!!!!!!!

I can't believe it's been almost a month since I've blogged.
It's been a very hectic and sick month at our house!!!! We've had upper respiratory illnesses, me with pneumonia, viral illness with high fevers, GI flu, and finally the last being a ruptured ear drum.
So, right now (knock on wood) we all seem healthy and I really hope and pray to stay this way for awhile!!!!!! Wrigley just has a very sore bottom right now due to the diarrhea from augmentin he is one for his ear.

My mom was here for almost 2 weeks which was a blessing because it was when I was sick. Then my sister and her family came for a weekend.

Steps

Wrigley started taking steps on Friday. He will take 3 or 4 and then topple over. This is him standing and clapping...so happy.
I will try to post a video, but I usually get frustrated with my slow computer and give up!!!


Yesterday morning while i was getting ready for church I knew he was in my bathroom, but when I walked in I couldn't see him. He was in between the shower and vanity playing with the towel hook...but he moved before I got my camera...He is so busy these days, but so fun and is always making us laugh!!!!

Audrey's 8th Bday Party

Although Audrey chose Camp Rock for her Bday party theme this year, she had a Suite Life of Zack and Cody cake. Nowhere had a Camp Rock Cake, so this was her second choice.


She had 6 friends come to The Pizza Ranch for her Party. This was opening some presents.

They played bingo and at the end had some extra time so they were playing Duck, Duck, Gray Duck...we were talking about how we always knew it as Duck, Duck, Goose...not sure if it's just called different up here in MN...or if that is the "new thing"????

They were playing a fox and the clock game that Emersyn suggested from school. It was great to have the back party room all to ourselves. I think the party was a success.

More Fun on Friday

We ended up playing at The Apache mall Friday morning with some friends. We had plans to go to House of Bounce, and were disappointed to arrive there and discover they were closed for a field trip. Audrey, Em, and Wrigley with friends Mackenzie and Ana.


Wrigley liked playing on the toys and big sister Audrey helped him a lot.

Bday Girl

On Audrey's Bday, I got Subway and had lunch with her at School. She was so proud in her Bday hat, shirt, and sash that said Birthday Princess.

Audrey is 8 ALREADY!!!!!!

I just can't believe that Audrey will be 8 tommorrow......so bittersweet!!!
I am so proud of her. She can be really quiet a lot of times, which she gets from me. But, she loves school and all of her reports from her teacher are that she is "above average." She is a godsend to me at home....I often don't know how I could have made it through this past year without her. Truly, she LOVES her brother and he LOVES her. He gets so excited when she comes home from school and often times wants her to pick him up and hold him.

At times her and Emerysn can be good friends, but lately more times than not I hear arguing. Audrey definately likes to be the boss!!!!

Audrey Loves to read, loves being in Just For Kix, and is looking very forward to playing soccer this spring. Soccer has been her favorite sport, probably swimming coming in 2nd.

I am proud of the little person she has become!!!!

I will try to post pictures later....don't think I have many of her very young on the computer!!!! Back then, I had a regular camera....

Girls Night

Last night a few girlfriends came over and we just hung out, relaxed in our comfies, and of course non-stop chit chat.

Was much needed after a stressful week for many reasons!!!

This is the cake one of them made...she was experimenting for an upcoming baby shower cake!!!

I am blessed to have many good girlfriends who have stayed by my side during life's turmoil!!!

I forgot to mention on of them had her 12 day old baby with....so had a baby fix!!! I forgot to take pictures of the beautiful bundle...such a reminder of how quickly they change.

Teeth finally!!!

Wrigley first tooth didn't come in til right around 1 year!!! He now has 4 in.....these are the 2 bottom


And the 2 top!!!!!! I think they start to look older once they have teeth.....Such a happy go lucky little guy still!!!!!!!

Yesterday morning...he discovered how to flush the toilet....let the fun begin!!! Also decided he could reach the basket on top of the toilet!!!!!

I am amazed at the new things he discovers almost daily!!!!!!! So Busy......I am still needing to add more babyproofing!!!!!!

Stallions

A co worker gave me tickets to the Lipanzer Stallions. This is my friend Meganne and her boys Luke and Thomas who went with us. As you can tell, the boys are thrilled!!!


Audrey and Em

The "World Famous" Stallions!!!!!!! It wasn't quite what I expected, but the girls liked it and that is all the matters!!!

They did many tricks and prancing around to classical music!!! An hour and 1/2 of this seemed to be a bit much!!!! But, we had a nice time. The girls and I went out for a nice dinner at Hu Hot, which is now one of Audrey's favorite restaurants!!!! It's mongolian grill and that is the first time they went. Em stuck with the kids menu and had mac n cheese!!!!

Julie's Wedding

One of my coworkers, Julie got married on Valentine's. Several of us attending the wedding and reception and had a great time. I was glad to be a part of it.

I was attempting to get some cute shots of Wrigley in his puppy towel, but he wasn't very cooperative. He was cold and just wanted dressed!!!!


Pick me up mom!!!
Wrigley will be walking any day now. Just the past couple of days he will stand all by himself for a minute but then falls to his butt when he attempts to walk. He seems to be getting stronger each day. He now officially has 3 teeth in...2 on top and 1 on the bottom. He hasn't had the best week between having a cold and cutting teeth.....
